Redtape was a Bureaucrat before the war, this being proved by his clamp (which actually worked like a Stapler.) When the Great War occurred, he joined the Autobots. He, Ezoriai, and her sister landed on Earth and joined the numbers. He then fought alongside Trumpstart against Zerorunner and then teaming up with Trump against Wingclamp and Cyberwarp.
